Warren Transport is looking for a Fleet Manager to join our operations team and take ownership of an assigned fleet of independent contractors.

What You'll Do
- Manage and coach a fleet of drivers with a focus on safety, service, retention, and profitability
- Build strong relationships with contractors and become their go-to resource
- Own each load from dispatch through delivery
- Communicate load expectations, changes, and customer requirements
- Work with Load Planning to identify and sell load opportunities to drivers
- Monitor key performance metrics including on-time delivery, miles, revenue, safety, and turnover
- Help drivers navigate permits, service issues, tickets, border crossings, and other challenges
- Address DOT and safety-related issues and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Advocate for drivers while partnering with internal teams to resolve issues
- Demonstrate and promote Warren's Safety First culture
- Identify opportunities for improvement and take action when performance isn't meeting expectations

You don't have to have a trucking background to be successful. We're looking for someone who can build trust, solve problems, communicate clearly, and take ownership.
You'll bring:

- Basic math and geography skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
A four-year degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
